Great album. Verified Purchase. |. Posted 7 years ago. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In short, Hardwired to Self-Destruct is the best album since the aka “Black Album” was released in 1991. Some of my favorite tracks include: Atlas, Rise!, Confusion, and Spit Out the Bone.. Here’s our track by track guide. Hardwired. There’s no long, drawn out opener here, we’re diving headfirst into the 80-minute metallic onslaught with more than a subtle nod to Metallica’s thrashtastic past. Sod all that Lords Of Summer nonsense, this is the punky, unbridled aggression we want to hear.
